Uniforms - who is important to us?

As part of Collective Worship, Anna and Gail, our friends from Alford Church, visited and led an assembly about how uniforms make us feel and whether they show who is the most important role.

Look carefully at the photo gallery!

Who do YOU think has the most important job?

The children voted, and you will find their answer underneath the photo gallery...

The children decided that the Queen had the most important job - more important than the emergency services, business men and women, bakers, postmen and health professionals. Do you agree?

When the children were asked who was the most important person in the room right now, answers included...

our teachers, Anna, our friends, ourselves and God!

The assembly will give Key Stage Two children lots of opportunities to discuss in our weekly 'British Values' sessions.
